- For business visits: employer confirmation letter, invitation letter from local Hong Kong company, or trade exhibition pass.
- Proof of relationship with local sponsor (if applying for family visit).

- Company chop (for corporate sponsor applications).
- Business Registration Certificate (for corporate sponsor applications).
- Hong Kong ID Card / Travel Document pages showing personal particulars, latest stay limit / landing slip, or latest e-Visa (for individual sponsors).
